Job Description
The Heights Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Children's Pastor/Director to lead our elementary ministry and partner with families in discipling children. Responsibilities include vision casting, volunteer development, teaching, family engagement, and overseeing weekly ministry environments. We are looking for a Christ-centered leader who is passionate about helping children take meaningful next steps in following Jesus while building strong relationships with parents and volunteers.
