Job Description

We are seeking a leader to help our growing, multi-generational Pacific Northwest congregation engage in Christ-centered, passionate worship.
ROLE SUMMARY
Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to...► Cultivate meaningful, God-honoring gatherings► Plan and lead worship services and special events► Lead and develop the worship team► Recruit and coordinate volunteers
QUALIFICATIONS
► Salvation, believer's baptism, and continued spiritual growth► Humble, relational, organized, and dependable► Able to lead across generations and diverse backgrounds► Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000► Musical ability (guitar or piano preferred) and experience leading worship► Basic familiarity with worship tech (or willingness to learn)
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY
► This role may expand into an Associate Pastor position for called & qualified candidates ► This can come with increased responsibilities and compensation
