The qualified candidate will become familiar, and then competent, with RIMS which is an internet based appraisal management system. The position involves both high volume and time sensitive duties. Candidate must have good communication skills, and enjoy developing and maintaining working relationships with appraisers and account officers. Position Requirements Candidates must be a Certified Residential Appraiser, or a Licensed Residential Appraiser to be considered. A Bachelor's degree, or commensurate residential appraisal experience, is also required.
