• $30+ per hour (after training / lead role) Tips + Performance Bonuses Job Type Full-time / Part-time Schedule Availability required: 7:00 AM
• 5:00PM and occasional exceptions Typical working hours are 8:00 AM
• 4:30 PM , with occasional earlier or later start times depending on residential and commercial jobs.

Typical hours:

5-8 hours per day (25-40 hours per week) Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts may be available for commercial jobs Job Description We are a fast-growing cleaning company in the East Bay looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Cleaning Technician who wants more than just a job. This role includes both residential and commercial cleaning and a 2-week paid training program designed to develop you into a Team Lead who can run jobs, communicate with clients, and help train others. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and want to grow into a leadership role, this is a strong long-term opportunity. What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning (standard, deep, move-out, Airbnb/turnovers) Perform commercial cleaning (offices, small businesses, post-construction, etc.) Follow company cleaning checklist and quality standards Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Communicate professionally with clients on-site Work as part of a team on larger jobs Paid Training Program (2 Weeks) You will be trained on: Professional residential & commercial cleaning systems Time management and job efficiency Client communication (arrival, updates, walkthroughs) Teamwork and leadership fundamentals Top performers will quickly move into a Lead Technician role . Growth Opportunity Within 2-6 months, you can grow into: Leading residential and commercial jobs Communicating directly with clients and property managers Managing job flow and small teams Assisting with training new hires Requirements Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Must have reliable transportation. Driver's license preferred for team lead opportunities.
