Competitive, Based on Experience Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Advisors in a teen group home setting. Residential Advisors provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to adolescents in a structured, safe, and supportive environment. This role is essential in helping teens build life skills, develop healthy behaviors, and achieve personal goals. Responsibilities Supervise and support residents during daily activities and routines Maintain a safe, structured, and positive living environment Build healthy, professional relationships with teens Encourage positive behavior and emotional growth Assist residents with life skills, communication, and problem-solving Monitor resident behavior and document daily progress accurately Support treatment goals and behavior plans Facilitate recreational activities, house meetings, and group interactions Transport residents to appointments, school, or activities if needed Respond appropriately to crisis situations and follow safety procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and treatment team members Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with teens, behavioral health, mental health, or residential care preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations Must be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team Minimum age requirement: 21 years old preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Must pass a Livescan background check and drug screening Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Health benefits available for eligible employees Paid time off Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us?
