Role:
As a Residential Specialist, you'll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you'll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence. Skip the late night shifts and long evenings. Work 7am-3pm, avoid peak traffic, and enjoy the rest of your day on your terms
