Communication Communicates with clients in a way that instills confidence. Communicates with subcontractors in a manner that sets expectations clearly while motivating them. Organization Prioritizes tasks effectively and executes them in a way that leaves clients satisfied. Tracks expenses accurately, codes them correctly, and submits them in a timely manner. Self‑Motivation & Ownership Works with minimal oversight while striving for outstanding results. Ensures clients feel that you are fully taking ownership of their issue, request, or project. Technical Skills Basic understanding of facilities maintenance (MEP systems). Identifies root causes of issues or client complaints and coordinates the appropriate subcontractors to resolve them. Patience Troubleshoots unfamiliar issues thoughtfully and methodically. Builds trust with clients and subcontractors through calm, patient observation and problem‑solving. Risk Assessment Makes smart decisions about when to self‑perform work vs. bring in subcontractors. Evaluates personal skill level, project complexity, and liability to ensure the company and client are protected. Integrity Maintains the highest level of integrity while working unsupervised in client homes. Protects client privacy, property, and trust at all times.
