Full-time, salary (typically Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm; occasional assistance with critical items outside business hours as needed) Company Summary Our Client is a Colorado-based owner-operator of small apartment communities throughout Denver, Greeley, Longmont, and Colorado Springs. Position Summary The Assistant Community & Resident Relations Manager plays a key leadership-support role in the daily success of a 92-unit apartment community in Longmont, Colorado. This position is ideal for someone who is goal and results oriented, highly organized, energized by working with people, motivated by performance and accountability, and passionate about helping residents find and enjoy their new homes. You will be instrumental in driving leasing performance, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. This is a high-ownership position for someone who thrives on momentum, follow-through, and measurable results. For the right individual, this role offers a clear growth path into expanded operational and leadership responsibilities within The company. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Revenue Performance- Conduct professional, engaging apartment tours that convert prospects into residents.
- Manage the full leasing pipeline: inquiries, follow-ups, applications, approvals, and move-ins.
- Execute lease renewals and retention strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
- Track and drive leasing goals in collaboration with leadership.
- Support pricing strategy implementation and maintain market awareness.
- Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Resident Relations & Community Experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents.
- Foster positive, professional, and responsive communication.
- Address resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
- Assist in conflict resolution and escalate appropriately when needed.
- Support resident engagement initiatives and community-building efforts. Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist with rent collections, notices, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance on work orders and unit readiness.
- Support move-in and move-out processes and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records within property management software.
- Contribute to organized, efficient, and professional office operations. Growth & Advancement Opportunities

- Clear pathway toward Community Manager responsibilities. What We're Looking For Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver strong customer experiences while achieving measurable results. Skills & Traits

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining high performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems (Entrata experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within property management.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range:
$48,000 - $55,000 annually. Compensation is aligned with experience, demonstrated ability, and results achieved. Additional Earning Potential- Leasing commissions.
