This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys supporting a busy team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with high attention to detail. Fine Home Contracting is a full-service residential design-build company serving Connecticut homeowners with additions, whole-home remodels, kitchens, and bathrooms. We are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a smooth client experience from start to finish. Candidates must currently reside in the local area and be able to reliably commute to the office Monday-Friday during business hours.
Key Responsibilities File Management :
Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systemsOrder Coordination :
Assist with ordering materials and tracking order detailsScheduling and Confirmations :
Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsAdministrative Support :
Handle phone/email communication, data entry, scheduling, and follow-upsData Accuracy :
