Job Description
Recovery Support-Transitional Living Program We are seeking 2 compassionate, reliable, and motivated Recovery Support Specialists tp join our transitional living program serving adult men with co-occuring mental health ansd subastance use disorders. This positions plays a vital role in supporting residents in maintaining stability, building independent living skills and prgressin in their recovery journey. Responsibilities
- Provide peer support and encouragement to residents in recovery
- Transport residnents to appointments, meetings, employment and other approved activities.
- Must be willing to work 3-4 overnight shifts and ensure the safety and structure of the residence.
- Support medication reminders and and daily living routines as appropriate.
- Communicate resident interactions, incidents and daily activities accurately and professionially with the program director.
- Help maintain a clean, respectful, and recovery oriented living environment.
