We specialize in both new construction and replacement window projects for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in the window industry and be capable of bringing in qualified leads and projects through existing relationships and industry connections.
Responsibilities:
Generate and secure new window projects, including: New construction Window replacement and retrofit projects Residential and commercial work Develop relationships with: General contractors Property managers Developers Real estate management companies Builders and industry professionals Identify project opportunities and coordinate introductions and meetings Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients and projects
Requirements:
Prior experience in the windows, doors, glazing, or construction industry Existing network and relationships within the building and property management industry Strong communication and sales skills Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to bring in and help close projects
Pay:
$25.50 - $30.71 per hour
