Job Description

Parakeet Communities is a young and rapidly-growing Real Estate Investment Company looking for a PT Administrative Assistant to join the "flock." The Adminstrative Assistant will work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays ranging from 24 to 30 hours each week. Please possess your own reliable transportation, as you will be expected to commute to various site locations in the Plymouth/ Lunenburg area.

Collecting Residential Rent installments Documenting/ Completing Tenant Violations Completing Reports Fielding Customer Phone Calls/ Clerical Duties Other Administrative Tasks upon
Request Requirements:
Must pass background check Have a Driver's License and your own reliable source of Transportation Experience with Customer Service Previous office experience preferred but not required Ability to walk for extended periods of time outside, as you will need to walk the premises to perform these duties. •Rate pf pay is $15 to $18/ hour, depending on experience.
