The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to help children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community. The Residential Advisor on Duty is responsible for overseeing residential operations during the overnight shift in a group home for at-risk youth. This role ensures the safety, supervision, and well-being of all youth and staff while providing guidance and support to program staff in implementing individualized care plans. Monitor and review incidents occurring during the shift and promptly notify Supervisors. Oversee staff scheduling and coordinate coverage to ensure proper supervision across all residential areas. Provide vigilant supervision of youth throughout the overnight shift, ensuring safety, adherence to program rules, and a positive environment. Foster collaboration with other departments to implement safety measures and uphold the facility's standards for youth care. Support program staff in applying the Individualized Solution Process (ISP) to address youth needs, challenges, and developmental goals. Serve as a point of guidance for staff during the shift, offering mentorship, conflict resolution, and operational direction. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field required Minimum of 2 years' experience working directly with youth, preferably in residential or group home setting If Associates degree, in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field At least 3 years' experience with at-risk youth in a residential setting Experience working with at-risk youth preferred. Skills Needed Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents.
