Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team at HaloHome as a Residential Property Management Assistant and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service in this full-service residential brokerage, helping clients buy, sell, rent, and invest in homes throughout Naples and Marco Island, Florida. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for daily tasks including handling stakeholder communications, coordinating the onboarding of all stakeholder documents and creating contracts and related schedules. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining trackers and other application tools and working with various technology tools and real estate platforms to input information and as well as conduct market research.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including lease administration and tenant communications Maintain accurate filing of client and tenant records, contracts, and other documents in property management system or databases Maintain accurate data entry and research on MLS and other key application platforms Create contracts and other pertinent schedules and digital resources Assist with property showings and inspectionsupport leasing activities by scheduling showings, processing applications, and upselling available units to prospective residents Coordinate property maintenance and repairs requests Prepare email communications with clients and tenants with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues promptly Responsible for administrative duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
FL Real Estate License Strong computer skills Excellent writing skills Knowledge of MLS Knowledge of CRM databases Extremely detail oriented and self-started 2 to 4 years prior experience Bachelor of Science degree in Administration or related field Preferred)
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
