Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Description This position requires a minimum High School diploma or equivalent; bachelors preferred. The candidate should have experience working with the adult population (with mental illness) in a residential setting. Experience working with individuals having a substance use disorder is desirable. Experience working with the forensic population is desired. Good interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to be flexible regarding work hours and duties. Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook required. Valid Florida driver's license auto liability insurance are required.
