Rate of Pay:
$600 for the week Seasonal

Position Summary:
Resident Assistant work alongside Resident Directors to support Summer Institute students in student life on the dorms, after class time, and during off campus excursions. Resident Assistants have the responsibility to provide a safe, positive, and Christ-centered student-life experience. This position involves work in multiple settings including on the dorm and during multiple excursions off of Covenant College's campus.
Work Schedule:
The Resident Assistant will be on active duty when students are in the dorms during on/off campus activities. On duty in dorm: 9:00 pm
  • 7:30 am On duty in lunch and chapel: 11:45 am
  • 1:30 pm On duty on/off campus events: 6:00 pm
  • 9:00 pm The Resident Assistant will be on call if needed while not on active duty Qualifications for
Position:
Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing In good standing with Student Development Minimum 2.75 G.P.A. Strong student development skills Able to work independently Strong character and integrity
