Full-Time (Salary) Position Overview BA Kitchen and Bath Design is seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Project Manager Assistant to support the successful execution of residential remodeling projects. This position works directly with the Project Manager to coordinate schedules, communicate with clients and subcontractors, track project progress, and ensure all materials, documentation, and project activities are properly organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced remodeling environment. Key Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination Assist Project Managers with daily project administration and coordination. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deadlines. Coordinate activities between clients, installers, subcontractors, vendors, and designers. Schedule site visits, project meetings, inspections, and material deliveries. Track project progress and provide updates to management. Assist in resolving project-related issues and scheduling conflicts. Client Communication Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the remodeling process. Communicate project timelines, schedules, and progress updates. Coordinate client selections, approvals, and change orders. Respond promptly to client questions and concerns. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Material & Vendor Coordination Confirm material deliveries and installation schedules. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding delivery dates and order status. Track materials to ensure products arrive on time for scheduled installations. Notify Project Managers of delays or issues that may impact project timelines. Assist with warranty claims and product replacement requests when necessary. Documentation & Administrative Support Maintain organized project files, contracts, permits, change orders, and customer records. Update project management software and company databases. Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and status updates. Assist with permit applications and required project documentation. Ensure all project information is accurate and up to date. Field Support Conduct occasional site visits to verify project progress and gather information. Assist with project punch lists and completion checklists. Document project conditions through photos and reports. Support Project Managers during project start-up and closeout activities. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, remodeling, or related fields. Knowledge of residential remodeling, kitchen and bath renovation, or construction processes preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software (Job Tread). Ability to read construction plans and specifications is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Language Requirement Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Required Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members in both languages.
