Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities, a Christian housing organization dedicated to building and maintaining safe and affordable housing in the Quad Cities, is seeking an individual to join our construction team. The Construction Assistant will be responsible for supporting our new construction, repair, and ramp programs. Primary duties include helping manage materials and tools at jobsites, mowing and maintaining vacant lots held for future build sites, and keeping the HFHQC warehouse clean and organized. Additionally, the Construction Assistant will have the opportunity to learn hands-on construction skills and help lead groups of volunteer workers. Must be able to safely lift 75lbs and have a valid driver's license. This is a part-time, hourly position, and hours vary but often include Saturdays and occasional evenings. Benefits provided.
