Direct Care Staff Wanted at Summit Youth Academy Summit Youth Academy is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Care Staff . We are a juvenile residential treatment facility serving males ages 9-17 who need specialized support for behavioral challenges, criminal behavior, and related issues. As a 24/7 facility, we offer multiple shift options and set scheduling for our staff.
