CILA A CILA
(Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Hoffman Estates, IL Hours :
Full-Time Schedule :
Monday 3pm
  • Tuesday 9am & Tuesday 3pm-Wednesday 9am (36hrs/week)
Pay :
$21.35/hr + Paid Training!
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual's use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Must be 21 years of age
  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
