Part time every other weekend
AM & PM & NOC
shifts are available. The Resident Assistant will provide support to residents, assist them in their physical and emotional well being and assist each resident to reach their highest level of independence.
Responsibilities include:
Provides minimal to moderate assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Provides assistance with instrumental activities of daily living such as bed making and laundry. Provides minimal assistance with incontinence care. Performs safety checks. Recognizes and responds to changes in residents' behavior, cognitive and physical functioning and level of participation and interaction with others. Communicates both verbal and written information objectively and timely to management team. Documents clearly and legibly in residents' records. Other duties as assigned. Previous caregiving experience preferred.
