Job Description

The Case Management Assistant role exists to generate revenue while supporting clinical work, but only if every billable minute is properly documented and coded. The Assistant is not just a helper; they are a revenue generator whose work directly funds the organization. Success is measured in billable hours logged, claims submitted, and revenue collectednot just tasks completed.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors preferred) Strong attention to detail and timetracking accuracy (15minute increments) Basic understanding of Medicaidfunded services or willingness to learn Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort working in a structured, metricsdriven environment with daily expectations Ability to follow supervision, use checklists, and adhere to compliance protocols Ability to work with diverse populations and follow supervision
Preferred:
Experience in behavioral health, social services, non-profit, or healthcare support, particularly in Lake County.
