's, Supported Living program. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities can include helping clients be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; taking clients to doctor's appointments and other locations to allow the client to be part of the community; managing the house financing; and providing supervision to the home's staff—availability for first, second, and third shift required. Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a valid driver's license. Experience in providing direct service to people with developmental disabilities in a residential setting or like experience is preferred.
