We're looking for a Residential Service Plumber ready to make the move to a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor — helping homeowners make informed decisions about larger plumbing projects, including: Sewer lining and replacements Water service replacements Whole-home repipes Major drain and sewer repairs Water quality systems Other residential plumbing improvements This is not a cold-calling sales job. You'll meet with homeowners who already have a need, inspect the situation, educate them on their options, and help them choose the solution that best fits their home and family. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in their homes Diagnose plumbing issues Perform inspections and evaluations Present repair and replacement options Build trust and long-term relationships Coordinate with our installation team after the sale Deliver an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For Plumbing experience required Licensed plumber preferred Strong communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to build trust with homeowners Self-motivated and goal-oriented Desire to grow professionally and financially
