PRN RA (Resident Assistant)

We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Resident Assistants to join our team. This position provides support to residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) in accordance with individualized resident service plans. PRN staff must be flexible and available to pick up shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays when necessary. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Provide one-on-one assistance and companionship to residents Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, and mobility Encourage resident independence while supporting individual care plans Assist residents to activities and encourage participation in programs Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the Resident Services Director Assist residents with self-administration of medications and complete required documentation Respond appropriately to resident emergencies and follow facility procedures Complete assigned housekeeping duties including: Making beds Emptying trash Cleaning resident and common areas Laundry duties Mopping bathroom floors Maintain accurate communication logs and shift documentation Work collaboratively with team members, residents, and families Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Caring, dependable, and compassionate Ability to communicate professionally with residents and coworkers Flexible scheduling availability Caregiving experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right candidate
