Are you looking for a fun and rewarding summer experience that includes free housing, full-time hours, and the opportunity to meet people from around the world? Want to spend your summer in Boston while gaining hands-on experience in student life, leadership, hospitality, and international education? EF International Language Campuses is seeking dynamic, caring, and community-minded individuals to join our Housing team as Summer Resident Advisors from June-August, 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment where every day is different. As a Resident Advisor, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging residential experience for students from around the globe. We are looking for individuals who are responsible, adaptable, energetic, and passionate about building community.
