Job Description

Description We are seeking compassionate and dependable Per Diem Overnight Youth Advocates to provide overnight support and supervision to youth in our residential programs. This role ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment while helping youth build life skills and work toward their goals. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference in the
Lives of Teens:
Driving is required Provide overnight supervision and crisis support to youth. Maintain safety and security within the program. Document overnight observations and incidents accurately. Serve as a positive role model, offering guidance and support. Collaborate with program staff to ensure continuity of care. On the rare occasion due to staffing needs, you may be asked to work your scheduled shift at any of the four residential programs in Quincy, Weymouth, Hingham or Plymouth.
Requirements Qualifications/Credentials:
High School Diploma or GED required 1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred (not required) Residential experience preferred Experience with systems (e.g.
DMH, DCF
) preferred Additional languages desirable, though not required Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPR and first aid Bay State Community Services is an equal opportunity employer.
