Job Description

TriSource is currently seeking CMT staff to begin working PRN and weekends in residential group homes that serve adults with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
Experience working in residential group homes/ day programs Active CPR and First Aid certification CMT active on Maryland Board of Nursing DDA (can provide) MANDT training (can provide trainer information) Driver's license Ability to pass a drug screen and background
Responsibilities:
Assist with ADL's based on individuals needs Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Medication monitoring Properly completing all MAR's for the clients
