Serve as a primary point of contact for student behavior management and disciplinary issues, escalating serious concerns to the Program Director as needed. Ensure adherence to UBMS, college, state, and federal rules and regulations for youth residential programs. Monitor and document student attendance, behavioral concerns, incident reports, and other residential-related matters.
