Resident Assistant - Day Shift

Northwoods Memory Care Suites | Blaine, MN Northwoods Memory Care Suites is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team beginning in August 2026 . As a family-owned memory care community, we are committed to providing exceptional care while preserving the dignity, respect, and individuality of each resident. We are looking for team members who share our passion for serving older adults living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We are looking for one or more CNAs to join our team beginning in August. Hours may range from part-time to full-time depending on applicant availability and community needs.

Position Details Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 16-40 hours per week available Every other weekend required Consistent schedule Opportunity for additional hours as available Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate, person-centered care Assist with meal service and hydration Monitor resident well-being and report changes to nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation as required Support a safe, clean, and engaging environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members Qualifications Current CNA certification required Must be able to speak, read, and communicate effectively in English Experience working with older adults or individuals with dementia preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Northwoods? Pay:
