Resident Care Job Summary Join our caring team as a Resident Assistant in our memory care community! You'll provide daily support to residents living with memory challenges, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and engaged. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you make a real difference in the lives of seniors every day. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, hygiene, mobility, and medication administration Prepare and serve resident meals as scheduled Support residents with memory challenges in a patient, compassionate, and respectful manner Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the care team Encourage social interaction, participation in activities, and overall well-being Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications Required:
Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Ability to lift or assist residents as needed (training provided) Ability to speak, write, and read in
English Preferred:
