Plan, organize, and lead engaging individual and group activities that enhance residents' quality of life Encourage resident participation in recreational, social, and therapeutic programs in a positive and welcoming environment Bring creativity and enthusiasm to daily programming while adapting activities to meet varying resident needs and abilities Support a compassionate, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and emotional well-being Assist with setup, execution, and cleanup of activities while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized activity space
