Safe Harbor- Whole Woman Assistant, Overnight

This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment. The staff member is responsible for ensuring the residence is secure, participants are accounted for, and shared staff spaces are kept clean and orderly. Primary duties include following medication management protocols, enforcing house living guidelines, properly arming and disarming the home at approved times, and promptly reporting any safety or maintenance concerns to the manager. This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe living environment. Full Time Modified - Pay Rate changes from 11 pm to 8 am Outcomes This position is responsible for the following outcomes: WW residence is secure, and participants are accounted for. The staff bedroom and bathroom are clean and orderly. Follow protocol in case of emergency as stated in the Emergency Action Plan. Primary Job Functions Follow medication management protocol and exchange medication logs as needed. Enforce house living guidelines and curfew. Arm and disarm the residential home at approved times. Assist with the administrating of drug tests as needed; report test results to the care coordinator via email. Issue recovery tools as needed. Other job-specific duties as assigned . Qualifications High School Diploma Experience in working in residential recovery programming. General knowledge of trauma, substance use, and codependency. Strong written and oral communication skills. Computer skills with Word, Excel, and Google products. Be willing to submit to and honor the standards outlined in Safe Harbor's Team Code of Conduct.
