Job Description

ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF RESIDENT SERVICES
to assist in managing all aspects of the Resident Services programs, performs supervisory work and assists in managing the overall day-to-day operational functions of FSS, CHSP and any other program for the elderly, Resident Services Coordinators, and other designated programs. Responsible for assisting to ensure Public Housing and Section 8 Housing residents are given the tools and opportunity to become self sufficient. BA/BS degree (Master's preferred) degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or closely related field; 3 to 5 yrs. exp., preferably in housing functions, that includes management, Family Self-sufficiency training, Resident Services, word processing, computers, and public speaking; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
RATE:
$24.00 PER HOUR (RATE
MAY BE LOWER OR HIGHER BASED ON EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
) The hours for this position are Monday -Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-12pm.

Some overtime may be required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
