The Assistant Program Director will work closely with the Program Director to ensure that residents receive personalized, respectful, and effective care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations of residential programs, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to care standards. Demonstrated understanding of social work principles related to eldercare or developmental disabilities support services.
