Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Program Director for our residential Eating Disorder Treatment Programs in Monroe, NC. This vital role involves supporting the overall management and operation of residential facilities dedicated to providing high-quality. The Assistant Program Director will work closely with the Program Director to ensure that residents receive personalized, respectful, and effective care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead with empathy, foster a positive environment, and make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations of residential programs, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to care standards. Supervise direct care staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote excellent resident care. Coordinate medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Manage staffing schedules, monitor staff performance, and facilitate ongoing staff education. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being. Uphold compliance with all licensing standards related to group homes. Skills Extensive experience working within a residential behavioral health setting. Excellent organizational skills for managing budgets, staffing schedules, and regulatory documentation. Effective leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of resident-centered care. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and safety regulations within healthcare settings. Demonstrated understanding of social work principles related to eldercare or developmental disabilities support services. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
