Job Summary The Resident Services Assistant is responsible for coordinating resident appointments, maintaining up-to-date files and records, and assisting the Director of Nursing with daily and monthly administrative tasks. This role supports both clinical and social services functions, helping ensure residents receive timely care and supportive services while maintaining accurate documentation.
