Welcome to Next Steps Community Services! Next Steps Community Services' residential group home programs serves adults with developmental disabilities in a structured group home setting. The primary focus of Next Steps Community Services Adult programs is in fostering the clients' ability to become autonomous, competent, and connected with others across all areas of their functioning.

As a Group Home Worker, you'll be a catalyst for positive change, supporting residents as they journey towards greater productivity and community involvement. From personalized clinical and behavioral treatments to empowering life skills development, vocational coaching, and fostering meaningful relationships - you'll play a vital role in enhancing each individual's quality of life.
Summary:

As a Group Home Worker, you'll be instrumental in providing compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Together, we'll unlock their potential, celebrate their strengths, and help them achieve their goals while fostering a sense of belonging within their communities.
Ongoing Training:
No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and compensate you for your time. From First Aid and CPR to specialized programs like MOAB and Medication Administration, we'll equip you with the skills you need to succeed. Plus, enjoy the satisfaction of being part of a team that values your growth, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the US - and ready to embark on a rewarding journey of compassion and empowerment!
