We support low-functioning clients in stabilizing and transitioning successfully into longer-term care programs. Position Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Participating as a member of a therapeutic treatment team Becoming familiar with residents' individualized treatment goals Implementing assigned therapeutic interventions Observing resident progress and completing required documentation Identifying current needs and recommending new therapeutic goals to the treatment team Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health or institutional setting High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Available Shifts 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Compensation & Benefits YCS offers a competitive compensation package.
