Now, we're hiring Resident Assistants to join our team at Fairwinds Rio Rancho ! We have all shifts available!
What You'll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care) Observe and report changes in residents' conditions Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed Create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
What You'll Bring:
CNA preferred (not required) 1+ year of caregiving experience Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
