Residential Cleaner - Per Diem / As-Needed Finger Lakes /Wayne County area
Starting Pay:
$17.50-18.00/hour (based on experience) Flexible, As-Needed Scheduling (Weekdays and weekends available) About Us Virtuous Cleaning Services is a family-owned company built on reliability, detail, and consistency. We specialize in residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning, with a strong focus on creating high-quality, guest-ready and professional spaces. About the Role We're looking for a flexible, dependable cleaner to help support our team with: Airbnb turnovers Smaller commercial spaces (offices, etc.) Occasional residential cleanings This is a per diem / as-needed position , ideal for someone looking to pick up extra hours while being part of a professional, detail-driven team. Responsibilities Perform detailed Airbnb turnovers (cleaning + resetting spaces for guests) Clean small commercial spaces (offices, restrooms, common areas) Occasional residential cleaning support Follow structured checklists to ensure consistency Work efficiently while maintaining high standards What We're Looking For This role requires someone who can jump into different environments and still deliver consistent results.
Ideal candidates will:
Be reliable and responsive when scheduled Have strong attention to detail (especially for guest-ready spaces) Be comfortable working independently or with a small team Have a dependable vehicle Be professional in client-facing environments Be adaptable—no two days are exactly the same Cleaning experience is a plus, especially with Airbnb or commercial—but we will train the right person.
