The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Doorperson in a residential building or in a related security position and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Enforce building security. Accept and manage packages. Answer phones. Enter information into building-managing portal. Qualifications Three (3) years of more of Doorperson or Security experience (residential building experience is preferred). Ability to speak and write clearly. Capability to pay close attention to detail. Must have flexible work availability. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Some Porter work may be required. Some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) may be required. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must have experience using a computer on the job. Experience using BuildingLink.com is a plus.
