Job Description Assist in the management of high-end residential interior construction projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources. Maintain clear communication with clients to address their needs and expectations. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure timely delivery. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:
ONLY NYC EXPERIENCE WILL BE LOOKED AT MUST
have 2-3 years + with relevant luxury residential interior renovation experience Project experience MUST have over $1M per project to be considered Must be coming from a general contractor No multifamily, no architectural experience A strong background in construction management, preferably in luxury residential interiors. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
