Responsibilities:
Performs all essential functions of Home Services Assistant Assist in the orientation of associates to Home Services as directed, to client service plans and documentation in the system; work alongside associates to explain and demonstrate skills and duties to ensure a clear understanding of expectations for the care of clients Answering phone calls Performing monthly billing Update the client's service plans as directed, in the system Identify education and training needs of associates in Home Services; provide input in standardizing processes Communicate schedule changes, as directed Other duties, as assigned by the Home Service Manager/ Home Services Coordinator.
Requirements:
