Job Description
The Lindley Inn Assisted Living Community, located in The Plains, OH, is looking for a full time, Transportation Driver/Resident Assistant. Position is primarily Monday through Friday, day shift (7:30 am-4:00pm), but can vary to meet resident's needs. The Transportation Driver/Resident Assistant is responsible for vehicle transportation to appointments and errands while providing assistance and support to our residents and also providing personal care services when needed. This position is also responsible for assisting and overseeing our residents in their activities of daily living as required. This Lindley Inn team is responsible for doing anything that delivers the highest level of personal care service and hospitality to our residents, families, guests, and fellow employees. This role is essential in meeting the expectations of our customers - our residents! Must meet insurance age requirement (21 years of age or older) and good driving history.
