Sterling Suites Senior Living provides Assisted Living services to residents who may need assistance with different activities of daily living. This recently refreshed and refocused community provides quality Assisted Living care and dedicated service by striving to be better and different every day. Summary Are you someone who has a background in helping people with typical day to day tasks, someone with prior experience as a Home Health Aide, or simply someone looking to enter the medical field in an entry level position, then Sterling Suites Senior Living has a great opportunity for you! As a Resident Assistant at Sterling Suites Senior Living, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our communities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate healthcare environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. This position will assist residents with tasks of daily living including but not limited to assistance with personal care, social interaction, leisure and recreation opportunities. Starting pay for this position is $14 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three (3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. We have flexible scheduling options for employees seeking Part Time, Full Time or As Needed (PRN) employment. We can work with you to ensure you have a supportive work environment while maintaining your current lifestyle.
