Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Primary Schedule; additional coverage as needed)Pay:

Residential / Mental Health Support Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Support Advisor to join our mental health support team. This role is well suited for individuals with Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience , human services education, or related mental health experience. Residential Support Advisors provide assistance in a residential setting and may respond to crisis calls if eligible. This position offers consistent hours, pay differentials, and opportunities for professional development. Pay & Benefits Base Pay (with at least 12 semester credit hours): $14.00/hour - Bachelor's Degree $15.00/hour -Master's Degree Shift Differential:
$0.50/hour for the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shiftCrisis Training Differential:
Additional $0.75/hour upon completion of crisis training Regular full-time schedule Paid training opportunitiesSchedule Primary Schedule:
