Job Description
Join Our TeamLenape Valley Foundation is proud to expand its crisis services with the launch of its second Crisis Residential Program, to be housed within the brand-new Bright Path Center. Located in Doylestown, PA, the newest addition to our Crisis Residential Programming will serve both adults and children. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Aides to provide direct, daytoday support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in a shortterm residential setting. In this essential role, Resident Aides help foster safety, stability, and recovery through engagement, monitoring, assistance with daily living, and crisis response. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, missiondriven program and play a handson role in supporting healing and wellness at a critical moment in care. Assist with structured groups, recreational activities, and daily routines Support development of independent living skills and activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor individuals for changes in behavior, mood, or risk and communicate clinical insights with the treatment team Provide direct assistance to guests in matters relating to finances, community resources, and support systems.
