New Bedford Management represents more than 150 of New York's most prestigious cooperative, condominium, and rental buildings, providing tailored services to meet the unique needs of each property. Role Description The Owner's Representative (Residential Capital Projects) will oversee and manage various residential capital projects on behalf of New Bedford Management. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and property owners, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality and compliance with building regulations. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The representative will act as a key liaison to communicate updates and ensure the successful execution of projects. Qualifications Experience in project management, construction oversight, and vendor coordination Knowledge of building regulations, compliance standards, and budgeting practices Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and maintain consistent quality in on-site and remote work Experience in residential property management is a plus Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
