Job Description

Residential Trainer-Womens Group Home Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Join our team as a Residential Trainer and help support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in reaching their fullest potential. In this rewarding role, you'll: Ensure clients are dressed, fed, and ready for their daily activities Plan and lead fun, meaningful recreational activities Follow behavioral support plans under the guidance of a Psychologist and IDT team Escort clients to community and on-site activities Assist with daily living needs and light housekeeping Help prepare clients for a restful night
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have current Texas Driver's Licenses.
