Resident Aide Meridien Wellness, LLC Midlothian, VA Job Details Full-time | Contract $18 - $26 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Crisis intervention Nutrition CPR Certification QMHP Certification Program development First aid Microsoft Office First Aid Certification Decision making Data entry Organizational skills Time management Full Job Description Overview Organizing and assisting coordination of residential operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible for providing residential assistance. This includes maintaining residential crisis services and productivity, assisting in the managing residential operations and client concerns (if necessary) and documenting various residential processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day residential operations. Prepare meals. Assist with laundry/cleaning (as needed). Practice and demonstrate appropriate hygiene habits. Implement necessary residential services. Coordinates with Executive Director to ensure that clients are attended to, appropriately assigned and assisted as soon as possible Assist residential staff to respond to client crisis concerns promptly (when applicable) Assist with residential operations, organization, and procedures. Review and place supply requisitions Maintain the safety of residential equipment and supplies. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed daily. Reinforce rules of residential facility Ensure protection and security of supplies and records. Maintain and request replenishment of household inventory, as needed. Anticipate and verify receipt of needed supplies. Assist with conducting groups. Support the clinical team (as needed) Assist to implement quality assurance standards. Perform residential inspections. Adhere and implement to safety guidelines to preventive harm or injury. Attend all meetings as required. Provide accurate time sheets. Other duties as assigned.

Skills in program development and design and the implementation of residential processes Working knowledge of Crisis programs, roles of QMHP, LMHP, LPN and Program Managers as it correlates to working together and relevant community resources Ability to screen manage, and evaluate residential duties Ability to conduct and facilitate groups Effective interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with other social services providers Effective orally and written communication skills
Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
